I am receiving a variety of MySQL errors when I attempt to access any of the
archival browsers on the UCSC site and all of the mirrors.

Examples include:
 For hg15 and mm6:

Can't start query: INSERT userDb VALUES(0,"",0,now(),now(),0)

mySQL error 1062: Duplicate entry '293071298' for key 1

For earlier releases:
