Hello,
This data is available in our downloads area.

From http://genome.ucsc.edu/ click on "Downloads" in the side blue bar.
After locating the files you are interested in by navigating around in
our downloads area, using ftp to actually get them is highly
recommended. http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download1

For the latest Human (hg18), from the Downloads page navigate to Human,
Multiple alignments of 16 vertebrate genomes with Human, to come to this
location:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/multiz17way/*

To link between the multiz17way.extFile identifier and the actual file
name, you will need the extFile table. Again, for the latest Human
(hg18), from the Downloads page navigate to Human, Annotation database,
to come to this location and file:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/database/extFile.txt.gz

Try this and let us know if you have any problems,
Jennifer Jackson
