Is there a way to enter an EST accession number and get the alignment to
the genome if the region has many ESTs and the one I'm interested in
jumps to the genome region but is not visible in the EST tracks?

For example, if I enter BQ226179, the browser jumps to a region of chr
X, but there are 100's of ESTs among which I do not see this one. For
those visible, I can click on them and see the alignment with splicing,
which is what I want to do.
