Hi,

1. When I hit 'configure' to see and change all the current track settings,
there are buttons in each section for "hide all," "show all," "default," and
"submit." These are very useful. Would you please consider replicating these
same buttons on the track headings on the main browser page (in addition to the
"refresh" and +/- collaps buttons that are already there)? It would be much
more convenient to manage the tracks there, rather than go to a separate
"configure" page, when almost all the features are right there anyway. The
configure page is almost becoming redundant, with the evolution of the main
page.

2. When doing in silico PCR and looking at the results in the browser, my PCR
product shows up as a single, thick black bar. This makes it difficult to tell
where my primers end and the intervening sequence begins. It would be useful to
be able to see this clearly, for example if I want to know whether any SNPs
fall within my primers. Would you please consider using one of your visual
tools to clarify this? For example, thick bars to represent the primers and a
thin line to represent the intervening sequence?

Thanks,

Tim Hefferon
