Hi, Doug,

If you are BLATting only a single sequence, the simplest 
way
to the genomic context of your sequence is to click 
through
to the Genome Browser and follow the DNA link at the top 
of
the page and get the actual sequence.  On that page you 
can
pad the sequence with any amount of flanking sequence you
like.
