Hello Dave, Actually, that's all there are. There are only 4345 unique refseq mRNAs for chicken. Try turning on other tracks on chicken for additional annotation.
An improved N-SCAN track for chicken, using zebra finch as an informant, will hopefully be available soon. And that track may have more information which will be of use to you.
