Hello, Can you please tell us whether UCSC Genome Browser build hg18 corresponds exactly to NCBI's most recent human genome assembly, 36.3? Are the hg18 and NCBI 36.3 sequences and chromosomal positions identical? (I saw that hg18 corresponds to NCBI 36.1, and am not sure whether there have been sequence changes going from version 36.1 to 36.3.)
