Hello,

We recommend using the Table browser to start with (FAQ and help are
linked from page header):
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables

For your query, set the clade = Mammal, genome = Mouse, assembly = Feb.
2006, group = Variation and Repeats, and track = SNPs (126). Set region
= genome. Set identifiers = paste or upload a single column of data, one
rs name per line. Set output type and name file (if downloading).

If you have data from dbSNP 128 from the mouse July 2007 assembly that
you are unable to find in the track above, you can try to map the data
using our liftOver tool. Links to utilities/instructions:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver web tool
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download28 last paragraph, unix
tool

We hope this helps,
