I am working with data identified by UCSC known gene IDs (hg18) and would like to request a table with all U133Plus2 probeset IDs for each knownGene. >From what I gather, it would be most straightforward to obtain those probeset IDs whose sequences met the criteria for used for BLAT alignments to UCSC known genes.
Searching the archives, I found that in May 2007 Rachel Harte had offered to generate a similar table for someone asking about the knownToU133Plus2 file. I tried to extract this data from the Affy U133Plus2 annotation file, but it is beyond my level of skill. Your help would be most appreciated.
