Dear UCSC browser,
I downloaded snpArrayIllumina650 from table menu. can you please answer several
questions?
1/ how can I get information about how much percentage people has SNPs in a
specific location? for example, in the first line chr1:742428-742429 has SNP
C/T, does it mean
all CEU, CHB,JPT and YRI has SNP in the location?
2/ how can I get CNV-targeted markers?
