Hello, I have a BED file for my microarray data and I want to lift from C. elegans Jan 2007 to C elegans May 2008. I uploaded my BED file to the server
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver and got the results back. However, all the scores in the output files have been converted to value '1'. I also tried to paste a portion of my BED file into the text box and this works -- my scores are retained as original values. But when I paste the entire BED file in the text box it either makes my browser crash or it does nothing. Please can you advice a method to do the lifting without altering the score in the original file?
