Hello, The data for dbSNP build 130 was released about a week ago. When the data is incorporated into the UCSC Genome Browser (Track, Table Browser, Downloads), there will be note posted on our Release Log here: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html
