Hello Ashok,
We are able to reproduce this error. The Gene Network link is incorrect
for all data in the UCSC Genes track with GN annotation for both the
Mouse and Rat Assemblies due to some very recent changes at the target
website http://www.genenetwork.org. We are evaluating possible solutions
to repair this as soon as possible.
