Dear Simon, We are not intending to put snp129 on the hg19 assembly. NCBI just released snp130 on hg18, which we plan to have on hg18 soon. It is the snp130 version that will appear on hg19 eventually. Unfortunately, at this time I don't have an approximation on when this will be ready, but please keep an eye on our release log: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html#hg19
