I am looking for the sequence of v-fos. No matter how I think to tweek my query og blast or... - I cannot find it. I realize it is not really a mouse genome sequence. But I cannot figure it out.
Can you help? In a general way how does one search for viral sequences? Using their hosts database? And if they are transduced sequences? I find this frustrating.
