Update:

After some consideration, UCSC has decided to not host the 4.2 assembly. 
However, there is a possibility that one of our mirrors may host it. 
If/when that happens, we will be sending out an announcement to the 
genome-announce mailing list and including a link to the mirror from our 
website.
