Hello, rsync connections are no longer accepted on hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu. I had downloaded a few things this morning, but then it began refusing connections:
# rsync -avzP rsync://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/genome/goldenPath/hg18/database/ ./hg18/database/ rsync: failed to connect to hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu: Connection refused (111) rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(107) [receiver=2.6.8] rsyncd may need to be restarted. Or do you have a maximum number of simultaneous rsync connections allowed?
