Hello, The problem is likely the data format. A BED file contains too much information. See the Genome Graphs detailed help page, especially this section, for file specifications: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hgGenomeHelp.html#Format
Try again and if you continue to have problems, paste the top 20 or so lines of your file (that also will not load for you) into an email along with all settings you are using for the tool, and we can attempt to duplicate and provide feedback. Please send this example directly to me (not the entire list). Thanks, Jennifer Jackson UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group Edel Maria Hyland wrote: > Hi, > I am trying to upload .bed files into genome graphs, and although I'm > being told that the upload is a success it never appears in the drop > down menu for me to visualize. > I have no problem seeing the data in genome browser, but I would love > to also analyze it under genome graphs. > Do you have any suggestions? > Thank you, > Edel :) > > > > > > > > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome > _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
