I tried to convert mm5(Mouse Build 33) coordinates to mm9 (Mouse Build 37). But I couldn't find chain file (for mm5tomm9) in the folder http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm5/liftOver/. Could you please provide me this file or let me know if mm5ToMm8 should be good enough for my purpose?
