Hello,

Click on the identifiers "paste list" button for examples (this works 
for any data table). For RefSeq Genes and the primary refGene table, the 
information looks like this (below). After reading the examples, leave 
it blank and go back to upload the IDs.

Please paste in the identifiers you want to include. The items must be 
values of the name field of the currently selected table, refGene, or 
the name field of the alias table refLink. (The "describe table schema" 
button shows more information about the table fields.) Some example values:
NM_173728
NM_198043
NM_152994
GNB4
TNFSF9
KLK9
