Hello all, I am working on a project in which I would like to leverage S. cerevisiae spliced ESTs. However, I cannot quite determine which table lists the ESTs that align with an arbitrary gene. I've looked in all_ests, but that does not seem to include the gene to which an EST aligns. Perhaps I am misreading the table? Ultimately, I must be able to take a gene name like YAL001C to the ESTs that align with it. How can I effectively do that?
