Good Afternoon Gordon:
This is a problem of different Linux system versions causing difficulty.
You can build this program from the kent source tree directory:
src/utils/wigToBigWig/
Warning: this program and the bedToBigBed program require immense amounts
of CPU RAM memory on the computer you run them on. We are working on
reducing their memory foot prints. Anywhere from 30 Gb to 200 Gb of memory
can be used depending upon your input file.
