Subject: Re: [Genome-mirror] user authentication for some tracks

Hello,

One method would be to set up a wiki server and use a Sessions feature. That
way the custom tracks you wish to keep private could be loaded into a Session
and shared with some group members, but remain invisible to others. This would
involve a bit more set up.

Some help links:

Please write back if you need more help,

Thanks,
Jennifer Jackson

Subject: [Genome-mirror] user authentication for some tracks

Hi,

I am going to install a mirror site for the UCSC Genome Browser. I am wondering
if there is a way to have access control for a few tracks so that they can only
been viewed by our group members.

Thank you,
