Hello,

This line is an optional feature that can be configured on the track's
description page. It is designed to help with visualizations. The exact
thresholds of what to consider significant will depending on the experiment and
the questions you are using it to answer.

We hope that this helps. If more information comes in today about this specific
data set, we will send an update.

Subject: [Genome] Signal densities data in the Broad H3 ChIP-Seq track

Hi,

I have the following question, in the mm8 genome view, when viewing
the signal densities data in the Broad H3 ChIP-Seq track (Expression
and Regulation), sometimes there is a black line at the value 1, which
is not described in the legend. Is this a experimental threshold? Can
the peaks that are seen below this line considered positive reads?

Thanks!

Goncalo
