I am looking for uncompressed version of scores in the
"phastCons17way" table for mm8.
Through looking at the Genome mailing list archives, I read of mention
of the "phastCons17Scores" data files as being uncompressed
conservation scores.
Is there a description given for the source of score data here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm8/phastCons17Scores/
and its relationship to scores in the "phastCons17way" table?
When I intersect a set of coordinates with "phastCons17Scores", I do
not get the same per-base scores as I get when intersecting with the
"phastCons17way" table.
Are there uncompressed "phastCons17way" scores available from another
source?
