Hello. I recently purchased a next gen sequencer from 454 and will be doing nimblegen sequence capture. They required me to download the file "chromfa.zip" from the FTP site at the following directory:
ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/bigZips/ However, when I try to download this I get an error message saying "550 /goldenPath/hg18/bigZips/chromFa.zip: Not a directory" Could you please let me know how I can obtain this.
