Hi, I have a question about the UCSC known genes. I download the gene files from the table browsers for each 3'UTR, 5'UTR, CDS separately However for some genes I only get e.g. one 3'UTR and no CDS or 5'UTR or vice versa. Is this a mistake or is there a particular reason for this? Some examples: uc011cnj.1 -- only 3'UTR uc001yyb.3 -- only 3'UTR uc001ebn.1 -- only 3'UTR uc001jfd.1 -- only 5'UTR
