My name is Shawnt, I am currently a volunteer at a cancer research laboratory
at UCLA. I'm writing to you to inquire about a purported miRNA service your
website performs. We are currently researching the affect of a potential
mutation in a gene on miRNA binding in the 3' UTR, but it seems the UCSC Genome
Browser does not have any matches listed for possible miRNA binding sites. I
was told I can send the UTR sequence to you via e-mail and have it analyzed for
potential miRNA sites. If this is in fact the case, to which e-mail am I to
send the sequence?
In case you need further information, our gene of interest is Cystatin E/M
(human CST6)
