Hi, Lionel! You do not handle bigBed/bigWig files by doing local file uploads. It works via a different mechanism that pulls the data on demand from your own site. You will need to have some web or ftp space available from which our server can reach your big* customtrack data via URL which you supply as a parameter to the customtrack.
