Hello
I am trying to get a list of UCSC gene names and coordinates starting
from the RefSeq gene ID number and I got back a list of unrelated genes
(attached) . The path I followed is this:
chosed Hg19
Group= Genes and gene prediction tracks
Track=UCSC
Table= knownToLocusLink
Filter-create=value does match : I pasted the list of genes by Gene ID#
Some of the IDs:
27301
81031
79072
79675
9238
Back in table broswer
Output format = selected fields for primary and related tables
Output file=writed a name
File type returned=plain text
Get output: select name and GeneID +gene symbol + refseq id
I appreciate your help
