Hi Andrea,

The easiest way to download the sequence of the entire exome of hg18 is 
to use the table browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables). 
First, select hg18 as the assembly and your gene prediction track of 
interest. Select "sequence" as the output format, enter a file name if 
desired, and click "get output". On the next page select "genomic" and 
click "submit". Finally, select the regions you are interested in, 
configure as needed, and click "get sequence".
