Hi Maimoona,

The easiest solution would be to use the table browser 
(http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables). First, select your genome, 
assembly and gene prediction track of interest. Then, enter the 
coordinates of your two SNPs as a genomic interval in the position box 
and click "get output".
