You can download the Ensembl track tables (which cover the entire
genome) directly from our downloads section
(http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html). To find the relevant
files click on your assembly of interest then on the "annotation
database" link. The ensemble files will be of the following format:
ensGene.sql
ensGene.txt.gz
