Hi Tina,

The is a track that displays the chromosomal position is called "Base
Position". When it is displayed it is the very first track on the browser
image. While in the browser, you can access this track by either clicking the
"configure" button under the browser image, or going to the section that says
"Mapping and Sequencing Tracks" and clicking on the "Base Position" link to
configure the base position settings. You will need to have the "Display Mode:"
settings changed to either "dense" or "full" for this track to be displayed in
the browser image.

I hope that this helps. Please contact the mailing list if you have further
questions.

Subject: [Genome] chromosomal position labeling in genome graph

Hello all
I am using the UCSC genome graph website to display some statistics along the
chromosome. Unfortunately, NO chromosomal position is displayed under the
chromosome ideograms. I would really like to have at least a few positions
indexed along the X-axis to orient myself. Is there a feature that I can use
that would add position information?

THANK you very much for your help!

Tina
