Hi Valeria,

Yes. For example, let's say on hg19 you have a position such as 
151,322,398 on chromosome X for which you want the corresponding hg18 
position. In liftover, enter the hg19 range as: 
chrX:151,322,398-151,322,398. Select hg18 as the assembly you'd like to 
convert to and click submit. If there is a corresponding position in 
hg18, you'll get a 1 base pair "range", which is the corresponding 
coordinate. In this example, I got chrX:151,073,054-151,073,054 on hg18, 
so the corresponding coordinate in hg18 is 151,073,054 on chromosome X.
