Hi Ruth, Please do a cart reset from the mouse gateway page. This can be done by going to this page:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway and then clicking "Click here to reset" After doing that you will need to select "Mouse" again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
