Hi Alejandro,

Please do a cart reset from the gateway page. This can be done by going
to this page:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway

and then clicking "Click here to reset." Please note that resetting your 
cart will cause you to lose any custom tracks you may have.
