We are currently revising a paper in which we have performed profiling of
H3K4me1 and H3K4me3 binding in the zebrafish genome by ChIP-Seq at two
different developmental stages. We would like to be able to provide the
associated data to the UCSC genome browser as custom tracks to be viewed on Zv7
(we will be remapping all of the data on Zv9 soon and could provide updated
annotations once that genome is added to UCSC). We think this will be a highly
valuable resource for the zebrafish community. We currently have all relevant
.WIG and .BED files prepared. Please let me know how we would go about getting
these included as standard custom tracks on Zv7.

Thanks,
Nathan
