I am assuming that (a) you sorted the tracks by dragging with the mouse, and (b) you got the track image by right clicking and retrieving the png image. If so, this is a known problem. It will be fixed in the future, but for now, you should hit the "refresh" button after rearranging the tracks with the mouse. You can then right click to get the correctly sorted png file.
