Hi Anton, You have indeed found a bug. We will be fixing it, but I don't have an estimate of when it will be done. In the meantime, you can get information on the unaligned mRNAs directly from Genbank:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/ (for instance, NR_031880 goes to: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/297207096) These Genbank pages display all of the data that would have been displayed when you clicked the link, plus more. I also suggest turning on the "miRNA" track. All of the names of miRNAs in the rat (rn4) track are in the format: rno-mir-#. If you search for "rno-mir-138" in the position/search box, you should get two hits under "MicroRNAs from miRBase". I will make a suggestion to our developers to make those results appear when search terms such as "mir-138" are entered. I hope this helps.
