Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the Find Function of the genome
browser. I try to find genes by name in the genome browser but I get
the error message "no track for table "xxx" found via a findSpec". I
set the search spec variables in the trackDb.ra and read the information in
with "makeDb alpha"
and a MySQL table describing the search parameters is definitely there
but I don't know how this is tied to a track.
I have my gbdb (with the data) folder not in the root directory (with
other functions I found a way around this problem). Is this the problem
here?
