Hi Dimitri,

There are two places you might find the information you are interested 
in.  First, when viewing your gene (e.g. uc010lux.1) on the Genome 
Browser, click on the gene in the browser view to view the details page 
for that gene.  Scroll down the the very bottom (or click the Methods 
link in the Page Index table) and you'll see a section titled "Methods, 
Credits, and Use Restrictions ".  Click the "here" link in that section. 
The resulting page has the details on how the track is built. The color 
coding described there should also be helpful.

You can also go to the table browser, select the assembly (etc), and 
choose the kgXref table. Use the paste list button to enter the gene(s) 
you want to show and click "get output". This table will show the name 
of the mRNA, the gene symbol, the ReSeq number, etc for the genes you 
entered.
