Hello Hui Kou,

The snp131OrthoPt2Pa2Rm2 table that is part of the "SNPs (131)" track on 
the hg19 (GRCh37) assembly maps human SNPs to chimp reference assembly 
coordinates (as well as to orangutan and macaque).  The table contains 
whatever allele the chimp reference assembly has at the corresponding 
position in human (not necessarily an annotated chimp SNP).

To read about it, go to the track controls page for SNPs (131) and 
scroll down to the section "Orthologous Alleles (human assemblies 
only)".  (One way to get to the track controls page is to click on the 
blue track name on the main Genome Browser display page, 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks.)
