Dear Shibu, We are working on building this track, but we found some data missing from the ftp files at dbSNP, so we are waiting for a fix from them before we continue. We are also working on a few improvements of our own on this track, which will add a bit of time to the release date.
In the meantime, we do have an interim snp132 track up on our test server at: http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu, which you can use if you like. Keep in mind that the snp132 track has not been through our quality assurance process yet, and in general, the test server has a lot of untested and experimental tracks.
