Hi, I have recently downloaded monDom5 database from http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/monDom5/database/. I checked the path column from monDom5.gbExtFile table. It contains paths to following files in /gbdb/genbank/data/processed/: refseq.36 refseq.35 genbank.172.0 and genbank.171.0.
From what I know these files should be in /gbdb/genbank/data/processed/. However I can not find them even on the ftp server ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/gbdb/genbank/data/processed/. I would like to know if there is any problem, or if it is fine that these files do not exist in the /gbdb/genbank/data/processed/.
