Hi,

Is it possible to display multiple bed graphs stacked together in the same
track in the UCSC genome browser? For example, if one have multiple ChIP-seq
experiments that are biological replicates. One way is to show pool all reads
together and generate a wig or bed graph file, which will however lose
information about biological reproducibility. Another way is to show them
separately, which is how however not very compact. Is there any plan to extend
wig/bed graph format so that one can include multiple columns of data and each
curve represent x1, x1+x2, x1+x2+x3, ..., for each individual position?

Thanks!
