If you view the assembly track, you can see the contigs used in
the assembly.  Looking up the two records you mention here, it
appears these sequences have been updated:

FP102063.2 - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/224697054
FP085461.4 - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/225735357

You can check with the Porcine Genome Sequencing Project to
report assembly errors: http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Projects/S_scrofa/
