I could not able to find the Chromosome entries for Chrom_N in the danRer6 which is located in the ftp://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer6/chromosomes. Can you please confirm where can I find the Chromosome N related stuffs for the same danRer version 6.0.
