Hi Allan,

We recommend creating a wiggle track of the density of the overlaps with the
kent program: bedItemOverlapCount in order to get a picture of the pile ups.
This program is available pre-compiled for various OSs here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/. You can also install the source tree
yourself (http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/jksrc.zip) - instructions on how
to do this are available here:
https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/pipermail/genome/2010-June/022454.html.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to contact the
mail list again if you require further assistance.

Best,
Mary

Subject: [Genome] Display problem on UCSC browser

I need to display many more than 250 items per column on the browser.
1-2,000 would be good. I cannot figure out how to get around the 250
limit (zooming in does not work) and all I can see of my data is the
dense version which removes all useful content.
