Hi Matt, I just discovered that drag-and-zoom doesn't work in the ideogram when the "Chromosome Band" track is visible.
We will fix this problem in the next release (in two weeks). Until then, you will have to hide the chromosome band track if you want to drag-and-zoom in the ideogram.
